The Toronto Saxophone Collective (TSC) is a Toronto-based saxophone ensemble. Formed in 2023, this lively ensemble occupies a unique intersection as saxophonists, performing music in genres ranging from classical to modern styles.
TSC presents fresh musical interpretations with a vast, textural soundscape produced by all members of the saxophone family, from sopranino to bass. Championing new saxophone ensemble music, TSC has performed Canadian premieres of music by Steven Banks, Kotoka Suzuki, Robert Lemay, Menelaos Peistikos, and world premieres of Nolan Hildebrand and Elienna Wang. Adaptations of classical favourites also find a new voice through the saxophone ensemble with arrangements by Blake Smith and others.
Stay tuned for the 2025/26 season concerts!
